Hi, I’m Haley Gagnon—solo licensed esthetician and founder of Modern Skin Aesthetics, located in Heathrow / Lake Mary, Florida. After years of personally struggling with acne, I turned my own skin healing journey into a results driven skincare practice focused on helping clients achieve clear, healthy, glowing skin. I specialize in customized facials, acne treatments, chemical peels, and dermaplaning, with every treatment tailored specifically to your skin’s needs. My goal is to deliver results while creating a relaxing environment. MSA proudly carries professional skincare including Hydrinity, Mixi Skincare, Face Reality and GlyMed Plus. Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ours! To ensure smooth scheduling for all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service to compensate for the time reserved. We understand that emergencies happen and will consider these circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
